I’m constantly trying to find new ways to eat healthier. So lately I have been visiting my favorite website Pinterest for new recipes, and I stumbled across this recipe for blueberry yogurt kabobs . This is one I wanted to share badly, because it has become one of my favorites. This is a recipe you must try, and I also would like to note that this recipe is kid friendly!:)
INGREDIENTS:
Wooden Skewers
Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Take your skewers and start stabbing the blueberries on them. I used short skewers, so I covered them completely with the blueberries. If you are making this a kid friendly snack, you may want to cut the sharp end off the skewer.
Next, I began to roll the blueberry kabob back in forth into the yogurt to coat it thoroughly.
Once they were coated to my liking, I placed each kabob on a wax paper tray. As I placed the kabobs on the tray I made sure they all had space between them and were not touching.
After the blueberry yogurt kabobs were all finished I put them in my freezer to freeze overnight.
I woke up the next day eager to try my new healthy snack, and I was very pleased with the results!
As an optional step if making this recipe with your child I would suggest using sprinkles to add color to the blueberry yogurt kabobs.

Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual appearance. I must say you’ve done a awesome job with this. Additionally, the blog loads very quick for me on Internet explorer. Superb Blog!
