Try taking a bite of this yummy goodness! Coconut water is the ultimate thirst quencher and a tasty alternative to water. So I decided to try to make a dessert that looks just as good as the mega-calorie treats by using coconut water. These pops are easy to make and hydrating, too! Just fill ice pop molds with any seasonal fruit of your choosing, pour in enough coconut water to cover the fruit and freeze.
