There is no need to spend a fortune anymore for brand name makeup remover pads, instead you can simply make them at home. They are easy to make and very inexpensive.
Items Needed:
- Mason Jar or Round Container
- Large Cotton Rounds
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup Witch hazel
- 2 tbsp. Tear-Free Baby Shampoo
- 1/4 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 drops of tea tree oil
Directions:
In a large bowel mix together the water, shampoo, witch hazel, coconut oil , and tea tree oil.
Add enough of your solution to cover the bottom of your mason jar or container.
Add in approximately 10 Pads (allow to soak up the solution.)
Continue to add about 10 pads at a time pouring solution over each set to allow coverage.
Its so amazing how much you can save by making homemade beauty items. I also hot glued on the mason jar a decor matching ribbon, which is a optional step to give it some color. These makeup remover pads are much nicer than store bought makeup pads. I added on a Printable label below.
