Here is one of my favorite healthy combinations of fruit for a delicious fruit bowl.
-Kiwis (can help boost your immunity, and they are a smart carb for weight loss.)
-Oranges (can help prevent cancer and boost heart health.)
-Grapes (can help power weight loss and protect your heart.)
-Strawberries (help burn stored fat and boost short term memory.)
-Raspberries (are diet friendly and they are filled with beneficial vitamins and minerals.)
-Honey Dew Melon (has Potassium and Vitamin C.)
-Blueberries (are very rich in antioxidants, and they can reduce belly fat.)
If you want to develop healthier snacking habits, consider chopping up some fruits and putting them where you can see them in a clear bowl within arm’s reach. Research has shown that putting sliced-up fruit in a clear bowl within arm’s reach was found to be more effective at encouraging healthy snacking than an opaque bowl.
