If you are looking for an inexpensive alternative to cake pops then these things are awesome! This Valentine’s Day try making these pink sprinkle Oreo pops. They make the perfect Valentine’s Day treat and they are easy to make and super fun. Any kid would love one of these on Valentines day! Just dress them up in cute little cellophane bags to pass out to your special Valentines!
Needed Items:
- Oreos – chocolate/vanilla
- Pink or red candy melts
- Lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles
- 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil
Instructions:
- Melt candy melts according to package instructions. Add about 1/2 teaspoon oil to the melts before heating. Melt and stir until you have a smooth consistency.
- Take the lollipop stick and dip into melted candy. Insert the dipped lollipop stick into the center of the cookie. Allow to dry for a minute or two.
- Next, dip each side of the cookie into the melted candy then add the sprinkles.
Then package your treats in a clear cellophane bags and tie a ribbon around them and pass them out to all your Valentines this holiday!
