Thank you for choosing Pink Coated Lifestyle for your concierge and travel planning needs. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments made to Pink Coated Lifestyle are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Concierge consultation fees ($50–$75)

  • Custom trip planning services

  • Any service add-ons or upgrades

Once payment is submitted, you agree to waive any rights to refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations, regardless of the outcome or status of your planning request.

Payment & Process

After successfully submitting the concierge fee via Stripe or PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to:

  • Schedule a planning call, or

  • Fill out a detailed intake form to begin the trip planning process.

Services will not begin until the payment is confirmed and you have completed the intake form or scheduled your call.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Our services are tailored and time-sensitive. Planning begins immediately after intake, which involves research, consultations, and personalized coordination. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
