If you book on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring they understand and agree to these Terms.
All concierge fees and digital download purchases are non-refundable. This includes:
Itinerary planning fees ($50 for 1–3 nights, $75 for 4+ nights),
Instant download travel plans.
Once payment is received, we begin work immediately, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or change of mind.
Instant download guides are delivered electronically and for personal use only.
You may not:
Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute our guides,
Use our itineraries for commercial purposes.
We may assist you with Marriott hotel bookings. All reservations are subject to Marriott’s own terms and policies, including cancellations, refunds, and modifications. We are not responsible for:
Price changes,
Availability,
Hotel service quality.
We are not liable for:
Delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers,
Personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss during travel,
Events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, government actions, etc.).
our travel is at your own risk, and we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
We may receive a commission if you book hotels or services through our affiliate links. This does not affect the price you pay.
You agree not to:
Misuse the Site or Services,
Provide false booking or contact information,
Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our Site.
